Suitable for adult dogs from 9 months old. If feeding for the first time, transition slowly over a week or longer – take it at your dog’s pace to avoid upset stomachs. We recommend serving twice a day at room temperature with a bowl of fresh water nearby. Remove any unconsumed food within 20 minutes and discard.

This daily feeding guide is based on a dog active for 1 hour per day - your dog's individual requirements will vary depending on their age, activity level, breed and environment. It’s best to keep an eye on their weight and adapt intake accordingly. If your dog has been advised to lose weight, measure the serving based on target weight. Contact your vet or get in touch with us for further advice.

Delivered freshly frozen. Store in the freezer at -18C for up to 12 months, defrost before use, keep refrigerated and use within 5 days.

Deliveries will usually arrive within 3 working days of ordering.

Your delivery will arrive in an insulated box made from FSC certified cardboard. The ice packs are made from plastic recovered from the ocean, and the insulation is upcycled denim from the fashion industry. The trays themselves are made from sugarcane pulp. Everything you receive is either recyclable, compostable or re-usable - head over to our FAQ's page for more info!

Subscription orders will be fulfilled on the weekly anniversary of your initial order - you will get a heads up when your next box is due to be shipped, and have full flexibility to manage your subscription via your account.
